Terms of Use for LogMyDay

Welcome to LogMyDay, the Daily Task Logger & Money Tracker Progressive Web App ("PWA"). These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Mythic Bharat ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the LogMyDay application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LogMyDay PWA, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the PWA and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the LogMyDay PWA, including the code, design, features, and documentation, are the exclusive property of Mythic Bharat and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the PWA for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the PWA for any purpose other than that for which we make the PWA available. As a user of the PWA, you agree not to:

Systematically retrieve data or other content from the PWA to create a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
Make any unauthorized use of the PWA, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email.
Attempt to bypass any measures of the PWA designed to prevent or restrict access to the PWA, or any portion of the PWA.
Attempt to copy or adapt the PWA’s software or code.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE LOGMYDAY PWA IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PWA WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE PWA AND YOUR USE THEREOF.

We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the PWA's content (as all data is user-generated) or the content of any websites linked to this PWA. We assume no liability or responsibility for any data loss, which is solely dependent on the user's browser local storage functionality and device health.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL MYTHIC BHARAT OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PWA.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and your use of the PWA are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within India, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
